Using S-timation

S-timation provides tools for business operations, including quotes, customer and opportunity tracking, contracts, signatures, documents, scheduling, and communications. Available features may depend on the customer’s plan and enabled modules.

Customers are responsible for keeping account information accurate, protecting login credentials, assigning appropriate user permissions, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

  • Do not use S-timation to send spam, deceptive communications, unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, access another customer’s information, disrupt the service, or misuse connected third-party accounts.
  • Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, recipients, and timing of messages, quotes, contracts, and other documents they create or send.

Connected email accounts

A user may choose to connect an eligible Google Gmail or Microsoft Outlook mailbox. The user authorizes S-timation to use the granted permission to send the messages and documents selected through the platform. The user must have authority to connect the mailbox and, for a shared or alternate sender address, the required permission from the email provider or organization.

A connected mailbox can be disconnected in S-timation or revoked through the applicable provider. Provider availability, organization security rules, sending limits, and provider terms also apply.

Customer content and electronic documents

Customers retain their rights in the business information and documents they provide. They grant S-timation the limited right to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and secure the service and fulfill their instructions.

Customers are responsible for deciding whether electronic signatures, notices, records, and contract wording are appropriate for their use and comply with applicable requirements. S-timation provides software tools and does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or professional advice.

Plans, fees, and service changes

Subscription features, fees, billing intervals, taxes, and any trial or promotional terms are those shown in the applicable plan, order, or written agreement. S-timation may improve, replace, or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary disruption to active customers.

Availability and responsibility

S-timation works to provide a secure and reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, S-timation is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for failures caused by customer actions, internet or third-party services, email providers, or events outside S-timation’s reasonable control.

Suspension, termination, and contact

Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, unlawful use, material breach, or protection of customers and the service. Account closure and data handling remain subject to the applicable agreement, legal obligations, and S-timation Privacy Policy.
